Over-reaching on Public Health - and Your Toddler will Pay for It

The CDC does recommend that children age six months to five years get vaccinated annually for the flu.  The problem is that the flu vaccine is never a guarantee that a child will not develop the flu.  From the CDC:

The ability of flu vaccine to protect a person depends on the age and health status of the person getting the vaccine, and the similarity or "match" between the virus strains in the vaccine and those in circulation.
