NJDSC 2012 Year in Review

The state Dems put out a comprehensive, linked, year in review for political news both statewide and national, sent a few hours ago via email. It’s pretty good, so I thought I’d post it here. Thanks to the NJDSC communications team of Alicia D’Alessandro and Matt Bonasia for it.

Take a look at 2012, from January to December, from the state Dems’ viewpoint – all after the jump.

Blue Jersey Radio – 2010 Year in Review

Each week, Blue Jersey Radio streams live with New Jersey’s latest political buzz, interviews with newsmakers, and your stimulating calls. And each year, we get to take a week off, and just listen back to some of our favorite shows.

So, like we did back in 2007 and 2008, and 2009, we invite you again to sit back, relax, and “click on the pix” to have a listen back to some of this year’s Blue Jersey Radio Year in Review:

Congressmen

In such a tumultuous year, we were privileged to hear directly from a number of our representatives in Congress, including first-time guest Rep. Donald Payne, and returning guests, our dear friends, Rep. Frank Pallone and Rep. Rush Holt, all three of whom will be returning to Congress in January. (By contrast, Rep. John Adler didn’t manage to squeeze us in this election year, and he won’t be going back. Coincidence?)

Blue Jersey Radio – 2009 Year in Review

Holy cow! Blue Jersey Radio is alive and kicking almost 3 years since its debut, and guess what?: It’s still really fun to do! We get to interview great guests, we can say anything we want, and we even let our callers have their say (sometimes). But every so often, we get to take a week off, and just listen back to some of our favorite shows. And this year had no shortage of fun ones.

Like we did back in 2007 and 2008, we invite you again to have a listen back to this year’s Blue Jersey Radio Year in Review:

The Big Fish

This year, we had the opportunity to sit down for an extended interview with Governor Corzine, to talk about the campaign, the issues important to him, and the achievements he hoped to share with New Jersey voters. We also were joined on more than one show by our dear friend, Senator Loretta Weinberg.

Blue Jersey Radio – 2008 Year in Review

What can we say? Blue Jersey Radio is really fun to do. We get to interview great guests, we can say anything we want, and we even let our callers have their say (sometimes). And every so often, we get to glance – er, listen – back to the results. It has been a pretty awesome year.

We invite you to do the same, as we present Blue Jersey Radio’s Year in Review:

National Figures

This year, we interviewed national democratic and grassroots leaders, an Oscar winner, and the founder of Republicans for Obama.
