My guess is LoBiondo's office is trying to mute this by suggesting it's all out of state, but the Lonegan folks are talking about primarying the NJ3 next year, and Rick Shaftan -- my friend on Facebook -- wrote this yesterday:

It's all a big hoax to turn America into a Third World nation, which our President, thanks to Congressmembers Smith, LoBiondo and Lance, is on his way to doing.

Thirty years ago, "scientists" were warning about "Global Cooling" and world famine.
