Give Chris Christie Drumthwacket

by: huntsu

It's over.  We might as well just turn the Governor's office over to Chris Christie, because it's obvious the man is made of more teflon than Ronald Reagan.  It really doesn't matter what the man does in violation of the rules against engaging in political activities or campaigns as a US Attorney, Christie will get away with it because the media and public just don't care.  All they want is the image of a corruption buster, even if the buster is corrupt.

As Thurman noted, over the summer Christie worked on his election plans in a private meeting with State Senator Jennifer Beck, and discussed her being on his ticket.

As I noted, last week Christie expressly sent his brother and a team of supporters to the Republican National Convention to "look out for his interests" with regard to future political runs.

As we noted long ago, Christie was told he would not receive an appointments by the Bush administration until he, his brother and their wives donated more than a half million dollars to the state and federal Republican parties, essentially buying his current job.

As we noted many times, Chris Christie has repeatedly inserted himself into non-criminal political situations over the years including attacking Democrats over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and ... ah, hell, just read the stuff yourself.

Chris Christie gave his friend and former boss John Ashcroft a $50 million no-bid contract that forced the Department of Justice to admit the process was ripe for corruption and ethical violations and to change the process for awarding grants.

Christie is accused by Republican opponents of lying his way into his one term as a Morris County Freeholder, and then was successfully sued for defamation of his opponents in the election when he was defeated for reelection.

And yet he is still given a pass by the media.  This isn't even everything we've documented with links to source material here on Blue Jersey.  It's just a highlight reel.

But if this stuff isn't enough to disqualify a frontrunner, nothing is.  Just give him the damned mansion and office and let's get it over with.

He has to disclose his Rove connection (0.00 / 0)
and who Rove ordered him to investigate just prior to an election. He has to explain how he kept his job after being on the list of U.S. Attorneys to be fired for not prosecuting Democrats.
Christie kept his job because he did Karl Rove's bidding. He just another political hack trying his best to ruin America for the Bush cartel. Maybe he could get himself a job on Dick Cheney's Dubai estate.

Restore democracy and the Constitution for which it stands.

I suggest you write a book on Chris Christie which includes all you can dig up on him good and bad.

There's more than enough documented material right out there on the record in the public domain.

I bet you could get a first draft of 700 pages done within 30 days.   I'd be happy to help with editing.....better yet, ask Thurman for help!

Unlike Republicans, all we have to do to win elections is get the TRUTH out!
