    is the only one on  Elizabeth council who regularly reaches out to constituents. By contrast, my ward councilman fell off the face of the  Earth the day after he was elected. But the future of  party control in Elizabeth iis Hispanic, not African-American, simple demographics, & Annette Quijano is the insider. That she's completely unknown here to voters doesn't matter, because election is automatic.  If she's good at constituent services, few  care who has the  office,. It'll guarantee the success of her  private legal  practice.  That's  why lawyers want the job.
