Emergency Room Screaming (0.00 / 0)

Unfortunately I was in the emergency room in South Philly last night with a family member. Every cubicle had a small TV and when Rollins hit the home run to start the game the place erupted. Really funny .

The power of a positive event. Everyone , no matter how sick or injured automatically felt better. No doctors needed last night !

Rooting for the Rays (0.00 / 0)

I'm a Mets fan, but that's not why.  I actually really don't care much about the World Series this year -- the real competition is for the House and Presidency -- but the Rays have a better story than the Phils.

I was kind of hoping for a Dodgers/Rays because then you would have Joe Torre showing he really can manage without Steinbrenner's money against the upstart Rays who never had a winning season before.

But I'll be happy if the Phils win, too, since that means the Mets got beat by the best.
