When they're somebody else's words, you need to read them through at least once before reciting them to others. The mispronunciations aren't good, but they're relatively minor. But things like stressing "you" in a way that indicates you're directly addressing the listener when the latter part of the sentence shows the "you" was generic is worse. It makes it clear you're putting such complete faith in whoever handed you the speech that you don't have to know what it says before claiming it as your own.
