Today Jan 20th, the Philly NPR show "Radio Times" did a cool interview with the Atrios blogger in their second hour.
I sure am learning a lot.  It's worth checking out.  the link to the show is here

If you missed it, you can replay it on the link above, via RealAudio or mp3.

I listened too. He didn't have too much groundbreaking to say, but there was some discussion of how blogging affects the media- I loved the term "Information Launderers"- and some of the legal pitfalls of blogging, such as libel and fundraising issues.

.......i am a brand newbie to the blogging world. so for someone like me, there was still a lot to take from that interview. It's always encouraging to hear others' successful strageties.  Until i get 1oo,ooo hits a day, i remain teachable.

....and it's actually pretty lame.  a lot of cut and paste and 10 word entries.
if this guy is the standard of the progressive blog, we're in worse shape than i thought!

unlike some bigger group blogs with multiple contributors. Duncan is very smart and posts good analysis, but he posts lots of things during the day that are just links to other stuff and open threads in order to keep the masses of visitors satisfied.
