Whereas, in NJ5... (3.00 / 1)
Cue crickets.

The nom de plume has a long and distinguished history.

Zeitz v. Smith on teenage birth rates/reproductive rights (0.00 / 0)
If you like, take a look at my diary on this topic here: http://www.bluejerse... or a longer version at http://www.dailykos....

Wouldn't it be something if we could flip 4 seats in 2008?

NJ-2
NJ-3
NJ-4
NJ-7

All of these are ready to be taken out of Republican control.

I think a Draft Van Drew or Whelan campaign may be in order for NJ-2 and a draft McNerney or Sekelsky for NJ-5 and we could really turn up the heat on the NJGOP.

5 and 11 make 6 (0.00 / 0)
NJ-5 and NJ-11 that is.

When we challenge everywhere, we send the republicans into a mad scramble - not knowing where to defend.

I used to say NJ could be this year's Connecticut. Anyone want to try for Massachusetts?

:-)

Show was great.  I especially liked the explanation of the caucus process.

What I could hear of it.

For a number of weeks now, I have had a tough time hearing you guys, despite the fact that my 'puter audio is up to max.

Then, when Rosi called in, my ears got blown out!

So, tell me what's up with this.

Also, I would humbly suggest that you post the dates, times, URL's of the people/subjects you discuss on BJ.  I don't mean the major candidates.  It's people like Josh, who called in last week, but who the hell could hear it.  I don't think it means an endosement of him; just a link so that others could find out his positions.

Rosi mentioned some events and dates that might be relevent to readers, but I couldn't hear them either.

Juan - please don't remind me of "upcoming events."

As for RU sports - it seems to take on the same viceral response as the "Congo" issue.  Setting aside the stadium problem, and the stem cell problem, people in NJ are really concerned about how they can afford to live here.

What do you think?

Hmmm, I think ... (0.00 / 0)
that's too many questions for one comment.
:-)

But, thank you for listening, we appreciate the feedback, and we're looking into improving the audio volume.

I was really only trying to figure out if it was my audio or yours that made it so difficult to hear.

Skip the rest of my rant; its not worth your time or effort.

There are definitely inconsistencies in the audio from me to Jay and from caller to caller, which are a problem we are hoping to fix.

But, those issues notwithstanding, if you go back and listen to any archived show, you should definitely be able to hear. If you can't, it may indeed be your audio.

(btw - didn't mean to imply the rest of your feedback wasn't helpful - just hard to respond to that many things in one comment. By all means - email me or Jay with feedback any time.)

Whine... (0.00 / 0)
I listened to part of an archived show and it was LOUD.  So I guess I'm OK.

Your voices sometimes broke up, but I assume that was the phone connection.

NOW, I can't get much passed Cody's head on the video upthread.  I got to John Bartlett and the video stops.  I looked at another video you guys posted at You Tube and it worked.

Go figure.

Anyway, no need to reply.  I'll figure it out or, more likely, ask someone off line.

But thanks.
