The weird part is that the only way they get to do that is if Lautenberg leaves the Senate feet-first.  He isn't going to retire again.

Maybe we can suggest some party-building in certain counties....?

Why does Sires have such a pathetically low total COH?  Payne or Holt really don't have anything to worry about but Sires could always be primaried and I just can't for the life of me understand how his numbers are that low.
