| Assemblyman William Payne is missing his sugar-daddy Sharpe James so much that he has created his own independent "Up with Racism, Up with Corruption" ticket. So far, he's the only asshat to sign onto it.
Payne, whose name is like tarnished gold in Essex County, is miffed that he was dumped from the Democratic slate when they decided that they would try some democracy. But he will not go softly into that good night - no, he's going to go screaming and crying like a little girl whose lollipop was stolen.

| Payne claims that Cryan wants Sharpe James to step down because James is black. To believe that, you have to believe that Sharpe James is corrupt because he's black. I can't believe Payne is dissing his own that way!
Let's not even talk about the open racism and sexism Payne displays by stamping around in a tantrum about not wanting a woman named Ruiz have a seat in the State Senate.
Why isn't Payne saying that it's racist to ask Wayne Bryant to step down? Maybe because he'd be replaced by a black person? I guess women are okay, but Payne don't want no stinkin 'spics in the mix - is that it?
