Edison Council : 4 seats - 12 candidates

I originally got a random list of the 12 and mistakenly thought each slate had a woman on it.  Now I see Choi's team has two women and Stephens team is all men.  The incumbents webpage doesn't show the candidates yet - seems to have some problems, but there's one woman incumbent up this year.  It looks like Edison will have the chance to elect anywhere from zero to three women.  Antonia 'Toni' Ricigliano is not up this year, so she will stay on the council, insuring there will still be one woman no matter what happens.  That's better than about 1/3 of the 25 or so towns in Middlesex county that have no women on council.  Important too, since Edison is one of the larger municipalities in the county.

The organization ticket has two veteran consultants working hand in hand.

Look for a landslide defeat here for the Choi forces.
