Too fast. (4.00 / 1)

First impressions (or the messages I got out of it):

1. Bob Menendez paid for it.
2. Tom Kean Jr and something about the SEC.
3. Kean Jr stutters his answer.
4. The raspy-voiced announcer says Kean Jr doesn't know what's right.

Am I the only one who had to watch it a few times to get it?

Confusingly fast.

The content is important, but the production doesn't bring those points out. SO Yeah, I would judge it a failure.

For any political ad, the less raspy-voiced announcer, I say the better. But with the text on the screen and the fast-pace of the question, it was too much for me. I didn't know what to concentrate on.

I watched it with the sound turned off and the message came through much clearer.

The effort to cut-out Mr. Voiceover is appreciated, but it just doesn't work for me.
