Governor is a state employee, therefore in PERS.  Two terms is not enough to vest, but he was a Freeholder and may have other gigs that are enough to vest.

But I think he made a big deal about him and his cabinet not enrolling in the state pension system.

I'm pretty sure he and his cabinet people are out.
