As if the Olympian needed more exposure, the successful court battle can only help his campaign. Should be a fun one to watch!

was a little disturbing.

I read yesterday an excerpt from the majority opionin which read something to the effect that the state didn't make the case that Lewis's lack of residency would adversely effect the state...(citing familiarity with the district and voters) which is all well and good... except that he went on to write, "He is certainly well known," which to me seems to suggest one set of standards for the famous, and another for John Q Public.
