Breaking: NJ Supreme Court Restores (some) Abbott Funding

Per @GingerGibsonSL: The NJ Supreme Court voted 3-2 to restore $500M in Abbott funding for the poorest school districts. This is less than the $1.7B that the formula prescribed.

Reason for the reduced funding (0.00 / 0)
They only ordered that the original 31 Abbott districts be funded.  Not the additional 187 under the SFRA formula.  Albin wanted full funding, but the other two in the majority wouldn't go along.
