Kudos to the embattled NJN for bringing us this story. It's another example of an independent agency going wild. Being "independent" should not mean weak regulations and oversight. I have used the Cape May ferry over the years and seen substantial price increases. "Waste, corruption and abuse" are always severe problems, but particularly so during these tough economic times.
