Blue Jersey Friday Haiku

Lets head into the holiday weekend in rhyming style. The House voted to repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell and oil is still flowing into the Gulf. The Governor wants to delay the medical marijuana law and while he uses the funds, he still won't rule out joining a lawsuit to challenge the federal healthcare law. His plans to scrap the SCI have gotten more attention this week, while he continues to use one shot gimmicks to balance the budget. NJ got the 2014 superbowl and PSE&G wants to give it a new nuclear reactor as well. Don't forget about the tough week Assemblyman DiCicco has had. As always, it wouldn't be NJ if we didn't have plenty of material to work with again this week.

Rules are simple:

You compose a haiku (5 syllables, then 7, then 5) on the topic the last poster suggests. Then you get to set the next topic.
