who is keeping them out of the NJDSC? (0.00 / 0)

There are supposedly 875,000 gays and lesbians in the state of NJ.  Have there ever been 875 openly gay and lesbian attendees (closeted elected officials, party leaders, and staffers don't count) at an NJDSC conference at the same time?

As strongly as I agree with the position that GSE and Steven have taken, especially considering how there is no way to control how money contributed to the NJDSC is spent, there is nothing preventing more members of every group from being actively involved in the Democratic Party.

That said, more involvement doesn't necessarily mean that we are going to see more progressive elected officials and more progressive legislation unless progressive Democrats challenge antiprogressive Democrats in primary elections.
