Ad: "More to Come"

by: Hopeful

Thu Oct 01, 2009 at 11:52:51 AM EDT

Governor Jon Corzine has shown us why Christie would be a terrible governor, now he's going to promote his achievements and show New Jersey his positive vision of the future. This is a 60-second spot called "More to Come:"

New Jersey is a great place to live and work, and however necessary it is, and however well negative ads work, it's a shame we spend millions every year in the New York and Philadelphia media markets to bash ourselves. Tell the world what you think about this ad in comments.

What I like (4.00 / 1)
And I like it a great deal: that blue CORZINE RECORD banner riding the bottom of the screen.

More, please.

It's not a particularly snappy signature, but here's what I think we need in the next NJ Democratic State Chair.

Salt n Pepper, Sweet n Sour, Yin and Yang.... (4.00 / 1)
This is a great ad that has a wonderful vibe and some substance.......but we need to balance it with strong and objectively valid factual attacks on Christie.

Balance, in this context, is a complex term.

Finally! (4.00 / 3)

This is pretty much the ad I've been asking the campaign to run for the last two months.   I think it's a great ad.  I'd like a few more positive facts listed towards the end of the ad, but it's a very good, positive ad.

One other quibble.  I would like to see an ad where the Governor speaks directly to the viewer.  At the beginning of the ad, he looking off at an angle, and I was wondering why he wasn't speaking directly to the camera.

Directly at the camera = (0.00 / 0)
directly to the voters.

I couldn't agree more, pb.

It's not a particularly snappy signature, but here's what I think we need in the next NJ Democratic State Chair.
