We'll pick up Sarah Palin from the airport

by: Rosi Efthim

Tue Jul 07, 2009 at 09:57:40 AM EDT

RNC Chair Michael Steele says Sarah Palin's likely to show up in New Jersey for Chris Christie soon, now that she's flown the coop  gone fishin'  the latest ethics-challenged imploding GOP governor  quitting her day job.  But Christie doesn't seem excited about standing next to the woman he wanted to be a heartbeat-away from running the whole US of A. Because ... why?

We want her to come. Just makes us feel mavericky all over. We can think of lots of places in NJ she should go. Because Christie 'n Palin have so much in common. So this is our invitation. Can we pick her up at the airport?

as the head cheerleader of the south jersey secession movement, i can only say i will welcome sarah to my home.  she can take care of the deer problem in my hood AND sink Chris Christie's campaign in one swoop.

Dinner at Jay's with the thrilla from Wasilla!

    (I'll do the dishes!)

It's not a particularly snappy signature, but here's what I think we need in the next NJ Democratic State Chair.

    I love how (0.00 / 0)
Steele walks them out on the ledge to say Palin will be helping in NJ and VA without talking to the NJGOP, who couldn't walk away from that idea fast enough. They NJ GOP hasn't avoided someone so much since Tom Kean got "stuck in traffic" on his way to hang out with Dick Cheney.
