Ugh (0.00 / 0)
What is with the actual anti-Corzine ads running on the site today? Seen that jersey pays ad a few times now :(

Not a Problem :-) (0.00 / 0)
This is all Christie can do.

He knows that a blitz of ads from Corzine that actually tell the TRUTH about his record and who he is will destroy his candidacy.

He knows that a blitz of ads from Corzine that ask legitimate questions about his own actions will be unanswerable....so what else can Christie do but try to inoculate himself against what he knows is coming up by trying to label it all as "negative" up front.

This tactic only "works" if Corzine is cowed by it and/or if his ad people are utterly incompetent chickens.   All Corzine has to do to win a conventional campaign against Christie is tell the truth and ask legitimate questions.   No ad hominem is required.

Reminds Me of the Debate (0.00 / 0)
Chris Christie repeats the same talking points over and over again...
"I will cut taxes across the board"
"I will cut spending"
"Steve Lonegan's tax plan raises taxes for 70% of New Jerseyans"
"Jon Corzine is taking away property tax rebates when we need them most"
...while remaining ludicrously non-specific about his own plans.  Christie wants to cut taxes across the board.  By how much?  How will you pay for that?  What spending, exactly, will you cut?  How will you restore the property tax rebates in full and still cut spending and taxes?  Speak up, man, we can't hear you.  What?  You can answer those questions when you're elected?  Yeah, okay.  Next candidate please.
