by: Jeff Gardner

Tue Nov 17, 2009 at 03:00:00 PM EST

Each week, Blue Jersey Radio streams LIVE with New Jersey's latest political buzz, interviews with newsmakers, and your stimulating calls.

This Week: we'll look ahead to the final two months of Governor Corzine's term (it's still 4 years y'know!). We're LIVE at 8:00 p.m. tonight with our 3-man roundtable - me, Jason and Adam - figuring out just what's about to happen during the lame duck session.

And, we'll be joined by some surprise guests with insight into what we should expect.

So, go ahead and drop in a comment with your thoughts. Or, feel free to give us a call, and share what's on your mind. Remember, it's all LIVE, so don't be afraid - join us!

That number again is: 646-652-2773.

Talk to you then!

Happy birthday, Gov. Dean (4.00 / 2)
Sorry, I know this is completely OT, but I would like to say a very public Happy Birthday to Democracy for America's fearless founder, Howard Dean.

As if you need to apologize (4.00 / 1)
Governor Dean Birthday wishes are always welcome in a Blue Jersey Radio post.

:)

Quack quack (4.00 / 1)
Looking forward to the sound effects, Jason.

workin on that (0.00 / 0)
you'll just have to tune in and see if i'm successful in finding a little something.

Agree with Creed. (0.00 / 0)
I, too, am concerned about how we deal with traffic safety and med marijuana. How does law enforcement determine if someone is intoxicated on pot? (not rhetorical, I am really asking)

This one (0.00 / 0)
Sounds like this legislation will be getting some markups before it gets through.

We may need to have an expert come on and talk about it in the next few weeks.

Know any?

Senator Nick Scutari? (0.00 / 0)
I believe that Senator Scutari was one of the early proponents of this legislation, so it is possible that he might have more insight than most.

It has also been reported that he is going to be the Senate's next JC Chair.  It might also be a good forum to make his intentions on marriage equality public.

[ Parent ]
Hybrid legislation on appointments (4.00 / 1)
There should be an interim appointment for the governor with mandated special elections, like Massachusetts now has.

The optics aren't great, but this is the right way to replace Senators.

Hey - that's what I said! (4.00 / 1)
Great minds. :)

Now how's that (0.00 / 0)
for some lame ducks...
