With a deadline to sign a budget for this state by the end of the fiscal year, June 30, there are issues yet to be sorted out, including with Governor Murphy’s own party leadership in the Legislature. He clearly would like the citizenry on his side in any lingering disputes, and tonight is inviting New Jerseyans to call in and hear from him directly. Specifically, he’s looking for the support of his fellow Democrats; tonight’s Tele-Town Hall is being run by the New Jersey Democratic State Committee (NJDSC).
The dial-in number is (609) 362-6423, and the time is 7pm tonight.
I’m told there will be an opportunity for interaction with the Governor. If you have questions, there will be a prompt for you to use as the call goes on.
