UPDATE: The dozen or so Newark students occupying the offices of Christie-appointed Superintendent Cami Anderson, demanding she show up to talk with them, have finally been given the food that parents and community members brought for them. I’m told it took more than two hours for administration personnel to get that food from the lobby up to the administration offices, which is not what NPS told me when I called hours ago. Follow #OCCUPYNPS.
Our food is being held downstairs right now! The students are hungry and have little to no sleep. #OccupyNPS
